Stacey currently teaches Algebra I, Geometry and Geometry Honors at Maryville High School. She has her B.S. degree in Mathematics with minors in Secondary Education and Psychology through the University Honors Program at the University of Tennessee Knoxville where she graduated magna cum laude. While getting her undergraduate degree, Stacey was a teacher and coordinator for Math 101 at the Math Tutorial Center on campus and also did private math tutoring.
She also has her M.S. in Theory and Practice in Teacher Education with a Concentration in Secondary Mathematics Education and graduated summa cum laude from UTK as well. Stacey has an Educational Specialist degree from UTK in Educational Administration and Supervision. Stacey’s passion is helping kids learn mathematics through hands-on, practical applications.
