These terms apply to all aspects of the website as well as the KCC study guide that you will receive in the mail. Privacy Policy: No buyer information will be used or sold for advertising to any third party. All buyer information will be held on a secured server by the Koontz Cram Course. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of an online course and your immediate availability to printed and audio/visual material at the time of purchase, there will be no refunds available. You will have access to the website and all materials purchased for a total of 6 months. Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 90 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
