Materials may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, reproduced or transferred in any medium without the express written consent of the Koontz Cram Course, LLC. These terms apply to all aspects of the website as well as the KCC study guide that you will receive in the mail. Privacy Policy: No buyer information will be used or sold for advertising to any third party. All buyer information will be held on a secured server by the Koontz Cram Course. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of an online course and your immediate availability to printed and audio/visual material at the time of purchase, there will be no refunds available. You will have access to the website and all materials purchased for a total of 6 months. Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 90 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
